Against what we previously said we are returning somewhere between 1/9/2012-1/10/2012.
We will be bringing back the Element LVL server with all original accounts & characters. However you will need to manually download a new patch or the client in order to connect again as we have ported to a new host.
Imitation has spoken to me about the possibility of bringing back the PvP server shortly after.

Update (January 9, 2012; Imitation): Development for the PvP Server has started. However, I will NOT rush this development just to release a half-assed server. So bear with me as I change it over. It will have events when I release it from the get go – no waiting 2-3 months before I even add an event like last year.
